Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to explore her inner world by the food she cooks. Food is what stirs curiosity. It was born after she stepped outside of the Long Island suburbs and entered the rich cultural environment of Los Angeles. Carnitas and Cavatellis in the same dish is her belief. The only thing that remains is her unique idea of the future and still wishing to reminisce about the old. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso founded in 2013, received a great reception because it was inspired by her Italian tradition. The restaurant's version of traditional Italian food is among Los Angeles's most popular restaurants. Lofaso serves consistently delicious food at Scopa which is a favorite of the neighborhood. The patrons call it authentic and satiating. Lofaso trained under the most renowned chefs and mastered their techniques, but was never scared to challenge her gut intuitions. She worked with a variety of celebrities and rose rapidly through the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. The bar was eventually able to get the space within Black Market as well as her partnerships. Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom to create the work she longed for through this partnership. Black Market does not have a single direction, that's the intention. The first course could be Dill chips and then Shishitos peppers. Then comes an Korean wings and then meatballs. What anchors this bold array of flavors is Antonia. Lofaso's success has been measured by her ability to be authentic to her own taste while being able to comprehend her audience. Famous appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showed her unique personality in the kitchen. Her talents are visible in her frequent appearances as a CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge and on Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and the ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso released The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious Recipes, in 2012, with Penguin. The book also tells the story of how she faced challenges while she studied in her school, the French Culinary Institute. She was raising her daughter Xea and her son Xea. Lofaso claims that her enthusiasm for cooking is the driving for her accomplishments. She continues to be on top of things through keeping a keen watch on fashion trends and trends. Chefletics transforms the appearance of cookwear by focusing on fashion and practicality. Lofaso cares about being true to yourself and your vision. In order to achieve this, she's created Antonia Lofaso Catering. The new company will offer a personalized experience for clients.
